Marietta Soloman originally from Portsmouth , Virginia attended the Art Academy of Cincinnati, Cincinnati Ohio.  There she studied Illustration, however, her passion for painting Detailed Art won her heart.  Marietta challenges herself to capture the full essence of all of her subjects.  Marietta is currently living in Atlanta, Georgia.   

Marietta is a Member of the African Americans for the Arts and the Atlanta Artist Club. 

Marietta is credited for showing her work throughout Atlanta.  Her works has been displayed at Underground Atlanta, Hammonds House, Arts Exchange, Southwest Art Center, Atlanta History Center, Atlanta Public Library, the Atlanta Artist Club, and Art Space International.

Marietta talents have expanded to creating murals.  She has created a mural for Metropolitan Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority and The Historical Odds Fellows Building, both located in Atlanta, Georgia.  

Marietta's future goals are to own a gallery and expand her talent to children...Stay tuned.
